We believe that our service doesn’t finish when the job is completed. We provide an aftercare service to ensure that the installation is maintained and that any concerns are addressed.

We are always on hand to cover warranty replacements and are on the phone to answer questions or attend call backs if required.

Annual check:

After the installation of a new circuit or on a larger rewiring projects, we will carry out an annual anniversary check after the first year free of charge. We will book a convenient time and it takes about 20 minutes. On completion of the work extended anniversary checks for peace of mind can be booked out at the following costs:

1st Year (Recommended) - Free

2nd year - £30.00 + VAT

3rd year £50.00 + VAT

You will be issued with a form to show these have been agreed and dates will be agreed around the anniversary dates.
