Call out services
Call outs can vary from installing a light fitting or minor works to emergency call out jobs. We have an experienced team ready to investigate and resolve the issue and we are specialists in fault finding. When you contact us we will respond or return your call to discuss the task. We will then schedule a time that suits you depending on the severity of the task.
Our call outs are charged at the rates listed below, but we dont believe in rolling hourly costs. We attend on an hourly basis for a period of 2 hours maximum, with the aim to resolve the situation or complete the task in that time. If this has not been possible or the job is more in depth, then we will discuss with the customer and provide a quotation for the remaining work. This then avoids the anxiety of a raising bill..
When we provide a follow up quotation, if the customer is then happy to proceed, we will re book a time and complete the remaining task to get everything back to full working order.
