Neil Wadsworth - Director
Neil started his training in 2006, he carried out a 4 year apprenticeship with a local Surrey based electrical firm working and attending college. On completion of the four year course he carried out two further years working for the same firm, continuing his training , additional exams and certification accreditations. In 2013 he set up NW Electrical which has now been trading for 10 years, since then it has grown in size and become a Ltd company. In March 2023 the company merged with colleague Jack Neale and the company name changed to Neale Wadsworth Electrical Ltd. Neil and Jack now operate as joint directors.

Jack Neale - Director
Jack started his career at Pimlico Plumbers (Electrical division) in 2008 under their apprenticeship scheme. After the initial 4 year training covering domestic, commercial and industrial work he stayed for a further two years post qualification to gain further skills. In 2014 he joined Dalton Homes working on a large care home construction for a period of two years gaining further commercial and domestic experience. In 2016 he joined NW electrical as an engineer where he continually excelled at running small to large projects with high customer praise, with a particular speciality in fault finding. In 2023 Jack and Neil merged together and now operate as Neale Wadsworth Electrical Ltd combining for a joint 30 plus years experience within the industry.
